1. General Terms

3. Account Registration & Management

5. Withdrawals

5.3 Verification Requirements
7777pub may require identity verification before processing withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds or if the account has not previously completed KYC. 5.4 Withdrawal Method Matching
Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name. You cannot withdraw to a GCash number, Maya account, or bank account that is not linked to your verified identity. 7777pub reserves the right to reject withdrawal requests that do not match the registered account holder's details.
5.5 Pending Bonus Wagering
If you have active bonus funds with an outstanding wagering requirement, the bonus amount and any winnings attributable to it may not be available for withdrawal until the wagering requirement is completed. Real money funds not subject to wagering requirements remain available for withdrawal at any time.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

7.4 Void Bets
A bet may be declared void and the stake refunded in circumstances including: event cancellation, technical errors that resulted in incorrect odds being published, incomplete events, or situations where a result cannot be determined. Void bet stakes are returned to your 7777pub wallet balance in full.
7.5 Payout Errors
If a payout is credited to your account due to a system error and the amount is materially incorrect (either overpayment or underpayment), 7777pub reserves the right to correct the balance. 10. Account Suspension & Closure

10.2 Account Closure
7777pub may permanently close an account that is found to have violated these Terms materially. In cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, funds held in the account may be withheld pending investigation and may ultimately be forfeited and remitted to the appropriate authorities.
10.3 Closure by Player
You may request closure of your 7777pub account at any time by contacting support. Upon your request, any remaining real money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard KYC verification is completed. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

7777pub does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
The maximum aggregate liability of 7777pub to any individual player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to 7777pub in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Changes to These Terms

Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email and/or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
